We live in a time where we’re being encouraged to protect the planet and care for our environment. Have you noticed how it’s everywhere? But have you ever paused to look at the products you use every single day—and what’s actually in them? It can be eye-opening (and honestly, a little scary) once you start reading ingredient labels and warning statements.

If something isn’t good for us, it’s usually not good for our homes or our planet either. We are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and I truly believe He calls us to be good stewards of our bodies. That means becoming more mindful of what we put in and on our bodies—and what we use around our families.

If you’re a woman juggling stress (and aren’t we all?), navigating different seasons of life, and noticing how your body changes as you get older… you’re not alone. I’ve found that making a few healthy shifts and adding more plant-based, wellness-focused choices into my daily routine—along with being more intentional about what we use in our home—has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life.

A little about me: I’m a full-time caregiver for my parents, both in their 80s, and I’ve also lived with a chronic illness for 35 years. Building a more plant-focused lifestyle and incorporating Young Living into my daily routine has been a huge support in my day-to-day life—and I’d love to help you explore this too.
